Here are the latest real estate figures for Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties. Information is through November 30th, 2008. Cincinnati Real Estate Statistics for the month of December will be available on January 1st.

• The Median price data set shows the monthly median sales price dating back two years, which makes spotting a trend very simple. Remember, the median price is the middle figure in a set of numbers, not the average (mean) price.  Also, the number of units is labeled on top of each bar for a better representation.
