- The Median price data set shows the monthly median sales price dating back two years, which makes spotting a trend very simple. Remember, the median price is the middle figure in a set of numbers, not the average (mean) price. Also, the number of units is labeled on top of each bar for a better representation.
- The second data set reveals the current supply and demand curve.
- The last data set shows the Months Supply of Inventory currently available on the market. The Months Supply figure is derived using the average sales per month over the last year and dividing the total inventory by this figure.
